Shipping Policy
At Bump, we understand the importance of delivering our products promptly to our customers, and we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer USPS and UPS Shipping. Please note UPS does not ship to P.O boxes or on weekends. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.
***Choosing UPS ground is not considered a faster shipping option, but more reliable in some cases for customers in specific areas. They are a private carrier and do not consider weekends in their transit times. I.e if you were to place your order on a Wednesday, shipped on Thursday and it says 3 day transit, you would receive your order on Monday/Tuesday.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at support@wantabump.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we will arrange for a replacement.
Return Policy
At Bump, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and aim to deliver a high-quality product that meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Please email cs@wantabump.com to start a return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@wantabump.com with your order number and reason for return within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will respond with further instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds take 5-7 business days to hit your account, depending on your bank account.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at cs@wantabump.com.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
