First time buyer. Impulse buy after seeing ads on social media and reading the product reviews. Checkout was seamless. And then, my package was not here after two weeks. And you know how it is when this happens from a company you’re buying from online.
But, since I didn’t really know, or at least couldn’t tell, was if it was the fault of the USPS or Bump. So I didn’t contact them. That’s on me.
They asked for a review, where I sent in one titled “I’ll let you know when I get it.”
Got a message within the hour, basically asking “dude, why didn’t ya call? Give me a little. I’ll find out what’s what.”
Turns out it was the USPS. And since they didn’t know for certain, the shipped me a replacement order.
Which arrived today.
Which I immediately tried.
And it is really, really nice. Very clean, good energy.

I was skeptical about trying it at first because I wanted extra energy on weekends but didn’t want to go back down that road of “you know”. I had tried another brand from overseas and it got me searching for a product closer to home so I tried “Want a bump”. It did seem to give me energy without any jitters. Honestly I really like the one with menthol because it gives a little slight “ burn and drain” like “you know” gives you without doing anything illegal. I’ll definitely buy more for future weekend outings or times when I need a boost.
